      Viewing Your Background Check Results

      Please read the information below for instructions on viewing your completed background check results

      You will receive an email from theadvocates@sterlingvolunteers.com when your background check order has been completed.

      To view the results, log in to your profile at app.sterlingvolunteers.com

      Underneath your name, address, and email you will see "Verified" with the date of completion (example Verified: 1/1/2019). Click this link to view the results.

      Verified (reviewing results)

       

      If your order is still processing, you will see 'Track Order Status: Order processing, expected completion mm/dd/yyyy".  As soon as your order is complete, you will receive an email from theadvocates@sterlingvolunteers.com and you can come back to your profile to view the results.
