My temporary password is not working

This generally happens when a password has been reset multiple times and the system sends multiple temporary passwords to you. Make sure to use the latest temporary password sent to your Inbox or Spam/Junk Folder. Also, please check the password you are entering in the system as it is character sensitive. 

 

Your account may have also been locked due to multiple login attempts and needs to be unlocked on our end.  Please reach out to the Advocates at 855-326-1860, option 3 or send an email to TheAdvocates@sterlingvolunteers.com.
