I reached the 'Congratulations' page. What are the next steps?

1. Once you’ve verified your information and clicked Continue, you’ll receive an email from dse_na3@docusign.net that contains your service agreement. Please review and sign the service agreement. If you haven't seen an email come through your Inbox, please check your Junk folder.  

1. After our Credentialing team receives the signed service agreement, they will verify the information you provided. You may be asked to supply additional documentation if our team is unable to verify your organization based on the information provided.  

1. Once your account has been credentialed and created, you will receive a Welcome Email that contains your login information.
