I have reset my password but have not received an email with a temporary password

 

If you entered a Username, you will receive an email if your account is found in the system. Check your Spam or Junk folder. You may also request to resend the email. 

 

If your account is found, you will receive this message via email: 

If you don't receive an email, it could be the following reasons:

- the username you entered is not recognized

- the email address you entered is not registered or it's associated with multiple accounts
