I am receiving an error message/blank page. What should I do?

Please reference the error messages below for troubleshooting

1. Blank page

In most instances, the browser you're using may not be compatible with Sterling Volunteers. We suggest using the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. If you continue to get a blank page after using the latest version of these browsers, please contact The Advocates at 855-326-1860, option 3 or at TheAdvocates@sterlingvolunteers.com

2. Invitation Cancelled

If the organization you're submitting a background check for utilized the email invitation method, it is likely that your invitation was cancelled or you may have already accessed the invitation and created an account.

Please try to login you your account at https://app.sterlingvolunteers.com. If the invitation has been cancelled, please reach out to the organization regarding next steps.

3. Invalid Token Validation
